Small-batch bakes,
made with greedy hands.

Matcha brownies and chocolate chip cookies, baked in a quiet London kitchen by Hui Ying — the kind you eat standing at the counter, still warm, crumbs and all.

Our story

It started with crumbs
stolen off the pan.

Hui Ying is the kind of person who can't wait for a brownie to cool. She picks the edges, nibbles the corner, licks a finger clean — and swears it's always better straight from the tin. Friends started asking for boxes. The physiotherapist asked for a box. So we started a little bakery.

Everything is made here in our London flat in small batches: never more than we can finish the same day, never a shortcut on good butter, proper chocolate, or ceremonial-grade matcha. If it's not worth a second bite, it doesn't leave the kitchen.

Good to know

Questions we get asked.

When can I actually order?

First batch is 25 May 2026. We're not taking live orders yet — join the launch list and we'll email you as soon as the kitchen opens so you can be first in the queue.

How much do they cost?

We're finalising prices ahead of our 25 May launch. Send us a note with what you'd like and we'll come back with exact pricing within a day.

Allergens — what should I know?

Everything is made in a home kitchen that handles wheat, gluten, eggs, milk, and nuts (and may contain traces of peanuts and sesame). We label each box with the full ingredient list per Natasha's Law and are always happy to talk through a specific allergy before you order.

Do you deliver?

Yes — hand-delivered inside EC postcodes (City of London and edges). Collection is always free. For anywhere else in London, ask us and we'll sort a courier quote.

How long do they keep?

Brownies: best within 3 days, in an airtight tin. Cookies: best on day one — warm them ten seconds in the microwave on day two and pretend they just came out of the oven.

Can I order for an event?

Absolutely. Give us a week's notice for anything over 30 pieces. We can do custom gift tags and small branded notes for weddings, offices, and birthdays.

Are you registered?

Yes — registered as a home food business with the local authority and covered by product liability insurance. Happy to share the details on request.
