Ordering, collection & delivery

Greedy Little Crumbs is Hui Ying’s small-batch home bakery in Barbican, EC2Y, London. For order questions, changes or concerns, email hello@greedylittlecrumbs.co.uk.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Brownie boxes contain eight pieces, cookies are sold individually, and sourdough loaves weigh approximately 730g. Your checkout shows the full order total. Free local delivery is available to eligible EC postcodes, or choose free collection at Barbican Station. Please allow 4–5 days; we arrange the exact time after reviewing your order.

Submitting an order asks us to reserve your bakes. Square authorises a temporary hold on your card. We review availability before accepting your order and taking payment. If we decline, the authorisation is cancelled; your bank controls how quickly the hold disappears. Unapproved authorisations expire within seven days. We’ll contact you about collection or delivery. Keep the order reference shown after checkout.

Please read the named allergen information on each product before ordering. Contact us first if you have an allergy or need further ingredient, cross-contact or storage information. We cannot promise an allergen-free environment.

Changes & problems

Email us promptly with your order reference if you need to change or cancel an order. If it has not been approved, we can decline it and release the card hold. Once baking has started, changes may not be possible. Fresh, perishable food is generally excluded from the usual change-of-mind cooling-off period. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, unsafe or not as described. Tell us about any problem as soon as possible so we can put it right. Any agreed refund after payment is processed through Square to the original payment method.

Privacy

Greedy Little Crumbs, Barbican, EC2Y, London, is responsible for the customer information we use to run this bakery. Contact hello@greedylittlecrumbs.co.uk about your information.

When you order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, chosen bakes and fulfilment details, including an address for delivery. We use these to review and fulfil your order, arrange delivery or collection, process payments and handle questions or refunds. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request and perform our contract. Records needed for tax and accounting are kept to meet legal obligations.

Square securely collects and processes your card details and stores order and payment records. Our website does not receive or store your full card number or security code. Vercel hosts the website and checkout services and may process technical request data needed to operate and secure them. We use technical data for our legitimate interest in keeping the site reliable and preventing abuse. These providers may process information internationally under their applicable data-protection arrangements. Read Square’s privacy notice and Vercel’s privacy notice for details.

If you separately subscribe to bake updates, we store your email, signup time and signup source using Supabase. We send updates only with your consent. Unsubscribe using a message’s unsubscribe option or email us; withdrawing consent does not affect previous lawful use. Placing an order does not sign you up for marketing.

We keep order and payment information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, resolve disputes and meet accounting or legal requirements. We keep newsletter details until you unsubscribe or ask for removal, retaining only what is necessary to respect your preference. Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it for these purposes.

This website uses essential browser storage to remember your bag, recover checkout and avoid duplicate payments. If you choose “Remember my details”, we also save your contact and delivery details on this device for up to 90 days. Uncheck that option at checkout to remove them, or clear your browser storage. This is optional and does not save card details. Wallet payments use cards held by your wallet provider. Square uses technology needed for payment security. The private order-review page uses an essential sign-in cookie. You can clear your browser storage, but doing so can remove your bag or checkout recovery information.

You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object where applicable, and request a portable copy where the law provides this right. Some records must be retained for legal reasons. Contact us first with any concern; you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
